Young families just starting out also see the appeal of Elvetham Heath with 24% of properties being three bedrooms.  It is the young professional couples that dominate the market with a whopping 60% of properties being two bedroom flats or houses.  In fact, 40% of the properties let on Elvetham Heath were two bedroom apartments, perfectly reflecting the trend for investment buyers to purchase two bedroom flats, knowing there is very strong demand from professional couples working locally on the business parks or in London requiring access to the station.

It does seem Elvetham Heath will continue to be a local hotspot for landlords and tenants, as the fantastic community feel attracts more and more people.
