Brian began his career as an estate agent in 1987, and has since managed offices in Ascot, Virginia Water and Marlow, with experience valuing a broad range of properties, from one bedroom flats to eight-bedroom mansions on the Wentworth Estate.
Brian was drawn to Mackenzie Smith due to our reputation as an independent agency who prioritises their clients, with a forward-thinking approach. His goal is to build on the strong reputation of our Yateley Office, expanding the business further.
Brian has been a proud supporter of Manchester City since 1974, and when not at work, he travels around the country with his two sons to watch his team play.

Since entering the world of estate agency in early 2014, Dan has enjoyed successfully moving people into their dream homes all over the North Hampshire region. Dan quickly progressed within the industry, offering valuations since late 2015 and has worked diligently to ensure he not only meets the expectations of clients but exceeds them on a daily basis. Yateley offers a variety of conveniences, from good local schools, public houses, local amenities and a variety of sporting clubs. The town is also well connected with direct links to London, Reading, Aldershot and Guildford, with nearby Camberley offering rail services to London. The Green, centrally located within Yateley, offers a large open Greenland with a play area and is well-regarded locally; home to a number of community events throughout the year.
Yateley is a suburban town and civil parish in Hampshire. It lies in the north eastern corner of Hart District and includes the settlements of Frogmore and Darby Green.
There are excellent schools, good local public houses, a supermarket and Yateley Cricket and Hockey Club is situated adjacent to the Blackwater Valley golf course, off Chandlers Lane.
Yateley is a relatively low density town, with a real mix of homes serving families, retirement, down sizers and much more.
The area has been relatively undeveloped for a number of years, with the majority of the homes dating back to the eighties, with a great selection of more period properties in the charming surrounding villages of Eversley and Finchampstead.
