"

An agent worth their money.
In simple terms, without Mackenzie Smith our sale would have not gone through. It was their persistence, knowledge and experience that enabled our deal to complete. They were always contactable and provided regular updates throughout the process.

Meet the Yateley team

We meet such a mixture of people every single day, it’s great to be able to offer help and advice to both those taking their first steps on the ladder, but also those who know what they want from a move, and of course what to expect from their agent.

Trustpilot Reviews

Paul is a highly experienced property professional, having worked within the industry across a range of local towns and villages; Yateley, Camberley, Fleet, Farnborough, Hartley Wintney and Odiham, over the last 30 years. Paul offers exceptional local knowledge; combined with his professional background he also lives in Frimley where his sons went to school, this helps Paul to come up with valuations that take into account community assets as well as a property’s design and footprint. Day-to-day, Paul likes the people side of the property industry, meeting and helping clients from all backgrounds.

If he’s not at his desk or out and about with clients, chances are Paul will have found some coffee and cake, combatted with his love for cycling and table tennis, he’s even a qualified table tennis coach!

Trust us. You’re in excellent hands.

Trustpilot Reviews

Pedro joined the Yateley team with experience in the industry dating back to 2002. Having started out his career as an estate agent with national corporate brands, Pedro has loved having a more personal approach to sales, something Mackenzie Smith prides itself on. “The customer service focus was really what attracted me to the team, we genuinely treat each client as if they were our only client. I personally aim to offer the best moving experience possible which with a great team in Yateley, we’re well placed to offer.”

When he’s not selling houses and assisting clients, Pedro enjoys watching boxing or can be found in the kitchen trying out a new recipe.

Trust us. You’re in excellent hands.

Trustpilot Reviews

Ben joined the world of estate agency back in 2015, his career choice would likely come as no surprise to those closest to him as he is following in his father’s footsteps. “I’ve watched my Dad develop a fantastic career, he’s been in the industry for over 35 years and as someone I look up to, it’s certainly something I aspire to achieve. I’m constantly looking to add value to my clients, supportive advice, and confidence during what can be a stressful time for people. Managing our clients’ most valuable asset is a huge deal, so developing trust is absolutely crucial.”

Ben has always worked for independent agents, when making the move to Mackenzie Smith, he put it down to the “ongoing fantastic feedback from the general public. One look at the company’s Trustpilot page and I knew this was the right fit for me. The admirable reputation they’ve gained locally made it a no brainer.”

When he’s not helping his clients to achieve their moving goals, Ben is an avid Manchester United fan, playing football twice a week followed swiftly by a visit to his local afterward, hopefully celebrating a win.

Trust us. You’re in excellent hands.
