As one of the most trusted agents in the UK, as listed on Trustpilot, we are excited to be introducing our services to the area and building on the great local awareness and knowledge our experienced team bring with them.
Understanding the local community is important for any agent, and whilst we might be new to the area, we have been actively selling and letting within Yateley and the surrounding areas for some time, and have brought in some experienced local agents to assist in understanding the local market effectively.
Our Yateley Estate Agency Team
With a wide range of property types in Yateley and the surrounding villages, local area knowledge is required to better understand the requirements to sell and rent these properties and provide a service beyond expectation.
Gavin Fouracre, Branch Manager
Gavin began his estate agency career in Weybridge in 1988, soon after leaving school. In the 30 years that followed, he secured career-climbing roles in London and Hampshire before joining Mackenzie Smith in 2017. Such hands-on experience in a range of different positions in the industry has turned Gavin into somewhat of a perfectionist, and he prides himself on picking up on the intricate details that his peers may miss.
Away from managing Mackenzie Smith’s Yateley branch, Gavin likes to keep active. He takes part in several marathons throughout the year and can often be seen out training in the local countryside.
Kieran Egan, Senior Client Manager
Kieran first joined the property industry back in 2011, and he has since gone on to work at both independent and corporate agencies across Sandhurst, Farnborough and Camberley. Such varied experience means that Kieran has valued and sold everything from one-bedroom flats all the way through to country manors. Along with his knowledge of the local property market, Kieran also promises his clients an honest approach from day one.
Away from work, Kieran spends time with his wife Emily, their cat Louie and can, on occasion, be found at Blackwater Valley Golf Course practising his swing. He’s also a passionate football fan, with Aston Villa being his team of choice.
Gavin Fry, Senior Client Manager
From an office manager to working in construction, Gavin tried it all when he was young. It took his own home buying experience, however, to realise that a career in property could be for him. Thankfully, some of the skills Gavin had acquired in former roles turned out to be perfect for the property industry, and he’s now been helping people buy and let property for over 5 years. His outgoing nature, attention to detail and knowledge of the market have long made him a firm customer favourite.
Gavin’s main interests outside of work lie in music. He DJs and plays the guitar in his spare time, with 60s Mod culture often influencing his tastes.
