We are an independent agency, founded in 1992 with the simple principle of delivering outstanding customer service, by experienced and entrepreneurial estate agents. The founders, Ed Mackenzie Smith and Stephen Tetlow, continue to be involved in the day-to-day running of the business.

Our company ethos, to treat every client as if they were our only client, has enabled us to grow into a network of eight branches; Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Farnborough, Yateley, Aldershot, Camberley and Ash Vale.

Our NAEA membership also demonstrates that we are covered by the Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme, ensuring you have a route to redress should something go wrong.
