Part-time Property Manager

£11,500 pa

A super role has arisen within our Lettings team to assist the Head of the department in continuing to provide outstanding customer service to both our Landlords and Tenants.

Primarily ensuring that we are maintaining, on behalf of our clients, the portfolio of properties we currently manage, the role also includes property inspections, authorising invoices on completion for both repairs and scheduled maintenance of the properties, as well as dealing with tenant requests and the day to day interaction with all the other associated trades.

The individual concerned must be able to easily build rapport, work under pressure, thrive from working in a team, and hold a clean driving licence.

Experience is preferred, but an approach and work ethic that mirrors the existing team is just important

Based at our Fleet Branch, the role entails working 5 days a week, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Part-time Admin/Viewing Assistant

A new role has become available at our Fleet branch to support the sales team with administrative tasks and property viewings.

This is a unique role with flexible hours across Monday – Saturday, which can be discussed with the Branch Manager as needed.

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of every sale and the communication we have with clients is central to this, so the appropriate candidate will have good people skills, a great attitude and be willing to work as a team to achieve results for our customers.

No experience is required, but an enthusiasm for customer support is essential, as is a clean driving licence and use of a vehicle. Parking will be provided.

Based at our Fleet Branch, the part time position will offer flexible hours across our 6-day working week, days and hours to be discussed.

Trainee Negotiator

OTE: £20,000 – £22,000 (Residential Sales)

Training will be initially provided in sales, with the option of working in our Lettings and New Homes departments. You will be expected to have good communication skills, articulate your position in negotiations, have a genuine desire to represent people to the best of your ability, and work both as an individual and as a team player.

Senior Client Manager

OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 (Residential Sales)

Typically with 5 years’ experience you will be expected to list, negotiate and represent our clients to the highest standard. Day to day you will be working as part of a team to ensure our clients get the results they have employed us for. You will be expected to win business and take care of our clients throughout the sale process.

We don’t have separate departments with different functions delegated; our clients are managed and represented throughout the entire process by their Senior Client Manager who they entrusted with their business from the outset Generous working hours and holiday entitlements, including a 5pm Friday finish.

Saturday Assistant

Vacancies with both sales and lettings (9am – 5pm)

We require a well organised person to work Saturdays in all our branches, likely to be two Saturdays in every four, but fairly flexible.

Predominantly this is an office based role, although you may be required to carry out viewings, so a clean driving licence and own car is essential.

The role will include meeting clients that come into our office and registering their details, helping them with their enquiry, which will likely be their search for a property to buy or to rent.

The role requires a confident and professional manner due to the client facing nature, as is a good telephone manner, as you will need to contact clients and contractors on a regular basis.
