Michael Clarke, MARLA, Lettings Director
Michael’s experience in the industry spans over four decades, three of which he’s spent specialising in the lettings market. He has accurately valued thousands of different property types during that time and succeeded at both corporate and independent agencies.
Nowadays, nothing gives Michael greater pleasure than building long-lasting relationships with his clients. His integrity and knowledge of the sector have helped to re-establish Mackenzie Smith as the area’s number one lettings agency.
Francis Williams, Senior Lettings Consultant
Francis has worked in the property industry in Fleet for over 40 years, and as such, combines a wealth of experience alongside local knowledge when valuing property. Being a people person, his favourite aspect of his job is the interaction with his clients, and he does all that he can to ensure that both landlords and tenants are always happy.
When not at work, Francis likes to unwind by exploring Fleet’s countryside or playing table tennis with friends and family.
Tracy Cook, Lettings Manager
With a career in the property industry spanning over 35 years, Tracy is now a walking and talking encyclopaedia on all things property. She first started out her career in the industry at the grand old age of 17 and has gone on to succeed in residential, new homes and land sales. Tracy now deals solely with lettings, which she enjoys for the variety of challenges each day brings.
Away from landlords and tenants, Tracy’s spare time is taken up by her love of MotoGP and a certain Valentino Rossi.
Jenny Walter, Lettings Administrator
Jenny has a longstanding history within the industry having worked for both independent and corporate agencies for over a quarter of a century. That experience comes in handy on a daily basis, with Jenny responsible for making sure every tenancy agreement runs as smoothly as possible for both landlord and tenant.
When Jenny isn’t at work, she enjoys making the most of the countryside on her doorstep, along with travelling to new places with her husband and miniature schnauzer dog.
Andrew Travers, Senior Lettings Manager
Andrew has been working within the industry since he was 27 years old, starting out as a Junior Negotiator, and working up to Assistant Manager within 4 years.
He’s always worked with lettings in the local area, as well as living locally, bringing a wealth of knowledge about the area; both from a lettings perspective and residential.
When Andrew isn’t assisting his clients, he’s a busy Dad to three children aged 5 -16, along with keeping fit and playing football, whilst supporting Arsenal in their efforts.
Amanda Pusey, Lettings Administrator
Amanda joins us with years’ of experience behind her. Working for both corporate and independent agencies in the past, her knowledge is diverse, with specific experience with property developers and 8 years focus on property management. Having refurbished a number of homes herself, Amanda understands the care and time put into each property, paired with strong customer service skills. Amanda’s eye for detail translates into her personal life, where her florist qualification sees her creating all manner of floral gifts for families, friends and neighbours. When she’s not helping clients or creating art from flowers, Amanda is a keen baker (much to the enjoyment of the team) and loves to travel.
