Tenant Find

We will introduce your property to the market and manage the start of the tenancy, but will not be involved in the collection of rent, renewal or maintenance.

Rent Collect

A simple solution if you are managing your own property. We will provide a full consultation, accompanied viewings, marketing, negotiation and manage the smooth start of the tenancy. We will collect the monthly rent and arrange renewals and increases where appropriate, but will not be involved in inspecting or maintaining the property.

Fully Managed

A comprehensive service. In addition to Rent Collect and Tenant Find, we will manage your property on a day-to-day basis.
