Our branch teams are collectively made-up of some thoroughly dedicated, knowledgeable individuals, many of whom have decades of experience, however, we are also keen to nurture talented professionals who may be new to the industry. A prime example of the latter is our new Negotiator in Fleet, Luke Morgan.
Luke joined us from a successful sales background, but had no previous knowledge of the property market. Having been shown the ropes from our experienced Fleet team, headed by Branch Manager, James Harris, he showed a remarkably strong start in his probationary period.
Managing Director, Steve Tetlow adds, “Having joined the industry just three months ago, Luke has shown that he has the ability to ensure that we are matching the right buyer to our clients’ homes. As a result, he excelled in a high number of sales agreed in October.”
