nikiHere at Mackenzie Smith we take great pride in the service we deliver and the reviews we receive on the independent review site, Trust Pilot, are testament to our commitment to providing our clients with the service excellence.

As well as the first class service you would expect that includes accompanied viewings and liaising with the chain to ensure sales progression, many of staff members go the extra mile to ensure your sale or property purchase is a smooth and positive experience.

Nikki Best at our Ash Vale Branch recently received flowers and a lovely note from Mr & Mrs Higman who where delighted with the service she provided.  She also received a glowing review from a Mr Pay who said the following; “I decided to sell my house using Mackenzie Smith having had them recommended by a neighbour. Nikki from the Ash Vale office came around for the valuation and was not only polite and professional but also was a really nice genuine lady. Within 2 days we had achieved a full asking price offer and began the wonderful process of house selling and buying! Throughout the whole process Nikki was a joy to speak too, she took my constant phone calls in good grace and kept me up to date with any developments with the sale. She was also a welcome barrier and reassurance against having to deal with other estate agents in the chain with their seemingly endless and unnecessary threats to pull out of the deal. When Nikki wasn’t around any enquiries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently by other members of the team and the whole process bar a few dramas was very pleasant. To summarise the experience I had with Mackenzie Smith was that it was a really personal service driven by a firm that definitely gives the time to make you feel that your sale is the most important one in the office. I would highly recommend this firm”.

Plot 7 trainSimon Dredge, the manager at Hook office, recently made a lovely gesture for his clients who were not only selling their house through him, but also buying a brand new home. His client had mentioned to him that her three year old son was struggling with the idea of moving house.  He remembered that when he showed them round the house, the little boy loved watching the trains go past the back garden from what will be his new bedroom window.  As the family were revisiting the property, Simon left the little boy a gift on his new bedroom window sill, help him realise that moving house isn’t all that bad.

The vendor was delighted and this little gesture went a long way to ensuring the whole family were happy with the move.
