Those that look to the New Year with promise and energy will also provide a focused audience, offering determined and serious buyers and sellers.
Marketing your home during January means you can take advantage of all the motivated buyers who have spent the Christmas break considering their options. The following weeks after Christmas are proven to be the busiest time of the year for websites like Rightmove. Last year saw an uptake of 26% of traffic during January, which proves it to be a prime selling time. Whilst there are peaks throughout the year, as long as your home is presented in the very best way and, of course, priced accurately, you are bound to attract the best buyers.
