The improvement in the housing market over recent months has enabled residential developers to buy land in Hampshire and Surrey with confidence in their forecasted resale values. The result of which is that the demand for residential land has increased, as too has the level of work that Mackenzie Smith has undertaken.
Mackenzie Smith has taken a pro-active approach to the demands of an improving market and has invested in employing an additional Land Negotiator. As such Mackenzie Smith is delighted to welcome Mica Wallace to the Mackenzie Smith Land and New Homes Department.
Mica studied Land and Property Law at Bournemouth University where she achieved a First Class Honours Law Degree. The skills Mica has learnt in achieving her Degree will be very useful for the detailed and complex work involved in her new role. This coupled with her warm personality and willingness to learn made her the ideal candidate for the position.
“I am very pleased to be joining the land department at Mackenzie Smith. In particular, I am looking forward to facing the new challenges that this career presents and becoming a valued member of such a dedicated and passionate team. Entering the employment market at such a difficult time made choosing the right career path after university especially difficult and I feel very lucky to have been given this exciting new opportunity.” Mica Wallace, Assistant Land Negotiator.
