August - Andy McKenna, Farnborough Air Ship HangerOver the past year Farnborough has seen a lot of changes and is continuing to thrive from the improvements that have been made.

2015 was a good solid year, it followed the usual seasonal patterns with the property market increasing by approximately 11-13% and this was on top of the 17-18% increase in 2014, proving Farnborough’s popularity.

Due to this continued growth, we see no reason why 2016 would not bring the same prosperity and with the new development at Sun Park plus the Bellway Maida development, we are sure that prices, demand and popularity will be as explosive as ever.

Farnborough is also a magnet for Blue Chip Business and commuters, with the main line station linking to London Waterloo in less than 40 minutes and two other local station servicing Gatwick, Reading and Guildford. There are also exceptional schools and colleges and excellent links to the M3 and main A roads, which all combine to make Farnborough an ideal town to live or invest in.
