Mackenzie Smith will select one winning client from a raffle held on 1st December 2022. The raffle will include all clients who instruct Mackenzie Smith on a sole agency basis between 1st September & 30th November 2022 on a minimum 12-week contract. The raffle will also include those clients who have already instructed Mackenzie Smith to sell their property and are on the market or are currently under offer on the same basis. This excludes any clients who have already exchanged contracts before the close of business on the 31st August 2022. The one winning client will be either reimbursed (excluding VAT) or have their fee removed from the completion costs. This raffle only applies to the sale of second-hand property.
