Valuation

We believe it’s essential to give you the correct valuation advice, right from the start. Your Client Manager will assess a wide range of factors. They’ll consider the impact of current and future market conditions; the size, character, style, and condition of your property; what kind of buyers it should attract and more – all in order to give you the best possible advice. You’ll also have choices to make, such as how quickly you’d like to move, and whether you’d like to tie-in your purchase with your sale.

Marketing

“A one-size fits all” policy just doesn’t cut it for our clients. For this reason, in 2010 we invested in and established our own, in-house marketing department, embracing the new technologies entering the market.

Whether it’s through our unique newsletter ‘The Thistleblower’, drone footage, professional photography, social media presence or high visibility portal marketing, we make your home stand out from the competition.

Negotiation

As your representatives, it’s our desire and obligation to secure the optimal price and terms for your property. We take meticulous care to set up a strong deal for you. Sometimes, compromise is necessary, but it’s important to us that the deal represents terms that are favourable to you as well as to the buyer. With all sales subject to contract, a ‘happy handshake’ at this point sets a precedent of goodwill for full completion.

Managing the sale

Skillfully handled by our experienced agents, a large proportion of our time and effort is invested in managing the sale.

With all sales subject to contract, they can easily take a few months to complete. We liaise with multiple parties throughout and follow the progression of the sale. Should any challenges or issues arise during the transaction stage, we take the initiative to find a solution, building on our established resources.

When you become our client, the fee is only payable on completion of your property sale. Unless other terms are agreed, you pay absolutely no upfront costs at all.
