Since officially joining the industry well over a year ago, Dillan has gained a strong understanding of the sector and continues to build valuable experience through client valuations and day-to-day interactions.
Before moving into property, Dillan worked as a recruiter in private healthcare, where he developed strong client and candidate management skills – an experience that shaped his customer service approach and makes him a valuable part of the Aldershot team.
