Remaining positive

Now that the initial shock is over, it’s important to remember to keep going and plan for our eventual return. Despite understandable business concerns, one has to recognise that people have lost their lives and it’s right that we all play our part in isolating ourselves in line with the advice provided by Government.

Here at Mackenzie Smith, we’ve formed a small but effective ‘HQ team’ to look after our clients and customers who are either in the middle of a sale or purchase transaction, as well as many of our other clients whose marketing has largely been suspended due the shutdown.

We are doing our best to maintain our marketing profile on behalf of our clients and we’ll be communicating more on this during the coming weeks.

Despite our senior team having the scars of previous battles caused by either financial or political uncertainty, none of us saw this coming. However, I’m proud of all my colleagues’ reaction to this shock to the system and our determination to see this through to the end.

We’ve also received many kind words from our clients which are really appreciated.
