Saturday Lettings Assistant
We require a well organised person to work Saturdays in all our branches, likely to be two Saturdays in every four, but fairly flexible.
Predominantly this is an office based role, although you may be required to carry out viewings, so a clean driving licence and own car is essential.
The role will include meeting clients that come into our office and registering their details, helping them with their enquiry, which will likely be their search for a property to buy or to rent.
The role requires a confident and professional manner due to the client-facing nature, as is a good telephone manner, as you will need to contact clients and contractors on a regular basis.

We’ve created a brand-new role for someone who lives and breathes social media!
Join our marketing team and take over our channels as our very first Social Media Manager!
With 7 branches, new homes developments, hundreds of homes for sale and to let locally, you’ll never be short of content – and with almost 30 years in the local community, we want to be as involved in the online community as we are in the High Street!
The hours are completely flexible (15-20 hours Monday – Saturday as suits), you will be based in our Fleet office, but you will need to travel around our 7 branch towns and villages, so a driving license and car are essential.
No previous experience is required, but strong grammatical skills, confident use of Instagram and Facebook are essential, Twitter and LinkedIn would be needed but we can assist with that if you’re not overly familiar with those platforms.
But most importantly, you need to have a creative mind and a fun approach to social media marketing!
