Whether you are letting a one-bedroom home for £995 per month, or a family home for up to £2,500, you'll benefit from complete cover.

This means in a worst-case scenario, the equivalent rental income you are depending on is still paid to you for up to 12 months.

Notices are served for you. After the 12 months, if your home cannot be let straight away due to the previous tenant, you will receive 50% of the rental income for 3 more months.

What's more, up to £50,000 in legal costs will also be covered if needed. 

There's no excess paid and the guarantee is exempt from a no-claims period.
