We are experiencing a wide gap in supply vs demand, with more homes needed to satisfy the local demand. 

Rightmove are reporting approximately 40% more visits to their website in February 2021 compared to February 2020, with visitor rates at a similar high to the 2020 peak when stamp duty relief was announced. Whilst a significant number of buyers are indeed already local, Rightmove have identified an ever increasing trend of people looking from London and north of our area, searching specifically in our branch towns and villages. The combination of countryside, community and commute a clear appeal.

As a business, we've identified a rise of almost 52% in new visits to our website compared to February 2020, and across all of our branches, we're experiencing a high level of interest on all new properties introduced to the market, with many under offer within the first week of marketing.
