Given we’re all at home right now and may have some extra time on our hands, our team are going to be sharing their favourite recipes with you.
First up is our Chairman, Ed Mackenzie Smith…
It occurred to me that some of you who had not cooked much before and now had the time to try might consider cooking up a great curry.
I can recommend Jeera chicken, this is easy and quite quick to put together. I got the recipe from the book ‘Together’,written by the women of the Hubb Community Kitchen and dedicated to those whose lives were impacted by the fire at Grenfell Tower. It’s a great book with many wonderful recipes and well worth buying and, of course, helping to fund a great cause.
My particular favourite is Mama Jay and Jay Jay’s Jeera chicken found on page 74. From a purely personal point of view, I’d limit the yoghurt to 300g only adding a little when serving.
Enjoy!
