COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

October 01, 2021

Firstly, we would like to thank all of our clients, colleagues, and communities for working hard to keep our workplace and homes as safe as possible over the last year or so, your co-operation in such challenging times has been hugely appreciated by all involved.

Now that all lockdown restrictions have been lifted (from 19th July 2021), we wanted to give our assurance that we will be continuing to keep health and safety at the forefront of our operations.

These policies will be continually reviewed and amended in line with further government guidelines advice.

You can access the government's latest guidance here.

Whilst all legal requirements are no longer be in place, we will be asking visitors to our branches to continue to wear a face covering, unless otherwise exempt.

The nature of our job, with viewings and valuations, means we are in contact with quite a few people on a daily basis, so this is for both our colleagues and your own safety.

If we are showing you around a property, we would kindly ask that you please wear a face covering. If you are welcoming us to your own home, our agents will wear a face-covering unless you invite them to do otherwise, and we would invite you to do whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Our teams will continue to report any track and trace notifications or signs of symptoms, and we would please encourage our clients to do the same.

It’s been wonderful to see life returning to ‘normal’, but to keep everyone safe as we continue to navigate COVID-19, we hope you will understand our cautious approach.

Should you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to speak with your local team, they will be happy to assist.
