  4. The Agent for the South assesses your eligibility, then issues an Authority to Proceed, lasting 3 months
  5. Apply for a mortgage, taking your application through to Authority to Exchange
  6. With the apartment built, the paperwork completed, and dates agreed, the Agent for the South issues a Transaction Confirmation
  7. The Transaction Confirmation allows legal completion and the funds to be sent to Fleet Mill
  8. The Agent for the South then passes your details to the Equity Loan Administrator to manage until paid in full
  9. You can now move into your new home!

Once fully paid, the 20% equity all belongs to you…
