Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing our new homes sales operation and ensuring the objectives and targets set by our clients are met.

You will need residential agency experience, great communication, a drive and passion for the industry and good IT skills.

We require the successful candidate to be articulate, personable, hard working and able to work as part of a team but also as an individual when needed.

This company has a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and the candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain and improve on this. The candidate should not only demonstrate they can manage and carry out directives, but going forward plan their own strategy to grow the department in collaboration with our land department to secure forward business.

Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for Sales Negotiators.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enabling every customer to be greeted enthusiastically in order to build rapport. You will be expected to qualify applicants, be organised and follow up every opportunity.

The role requires a selection of administrative duties to support the branch and allow for every vendor and client to have accurate details of appropriate prospects.

We require previous estate agency experience due to the nature of the role, in addition to the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team.

Saturday Assistant 

We require a well organised person to work Saturdays in all our branches, likely to be two Saturdays in every four, but fairly flexible.

Predominantly this is an office based role, although you may be required to carry out viewings, so a clean driving licence and own car is essential.

The role will include meeting clients that come into our office and registering their details, helping them with their enquiry, which will likely be their search for a property to buy or to rent.

The role requires a confident and professional manner due to the client facing nature, as is a good telephone manner, as you will need to contact clients and contractors on a regular basis.
