We invite each and every client, be that a tenant, landlord, landowner, vendor, or buyer to review our service at the end of each transaction. This is designed to give you, the general public, the opportunity to access a completely impartial opinion of the service we pride ourselves on.

Many of us look at Tripadvisor before booking a holiday or restaurant, some will check out product reviews on Amazon before making a purchase, we feel that given your home is likely the most important financial decision you can make, you should have some reassurance in the choices you are given.

This is why we started out on Trustpilot over 5 years ago, before it was widely considered to be ‘the norm’.

This week we celebrated our 1000th review and couldn’t be prouder of our branch teams who keep the customer experience at the centre of all they do.

A huge thank you to each and every client who have taken the time to leave a review, be it complimentary or constructive. Every single review is seen by the colleague responsible and senior management to ensure that good news is shared and any constructive comments are acted on appropriately.
