The spotlight is on… Penny Quinn

Joining Lettings as a Property Manager, Penny will be taking care of our landlords’ properties, dealing with essential elements such as tri-monthly routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Penny will be liaising with landlords regularly and is looking forward to meeting them in person during routine inspections, whilst she may also be in touch with landlords for instructions regarding repairs or maintenance.

Offering a wealth of experience in all aspects of the lettings industry, we are sure that Penny will make a fantastic addition to our well-established team.

Penny brings to the lettings team an appreciable, specific knowledge covering our areas, with the bonus of having dedicated her time to both the property industry and the local region for over a decade. Penny enjoys a good personal experience of our excellent local communities, also a local resident.
