We are excited to celebrate our first year in our Camberley branch this month. It has been fantastic to assist many clients in selling their homes here, and in the surrounding villages and towns.
From the beginning of Camberley, my colleague Celia and I were impressed with how varied the properties are. We are grateful to have been invited to see so many homes, now selling, or successfully sold.
Recently, we enjoyed assisting in moving an elderly couple. Having lived in their bungalow for over thirty years, they invited us into their home, and we agreed on a new marketing strategy. Up to that point with the previous agent, their property sale had proved unsuccessful. To our client’s surprise, we attained the asking price and completed the sale in just a couple of months.
