With over 30 years’ experience in customer service and more than two decades in property, Nigel brings a wealth of knowledge and a personable, steady approach to the team. He began his property career in sales in 2002 before moving into lettings and management in 2009, building extensive experience across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire. A member of ARLA since 2013, he prides himself on maintaining high professional standards.
Nigel was drawn to Mackenzie Smith’s independent ethos and strong local reputation, valuing its personal, customer-first approach. Reliable and approachable, he is always ready to take on the day-to-day challenges of the role. Outside of work, Nigel enjoys music festivals, rugby, keeping active at the gym and travelling.
