Leading our new team is Tom Knight, an experienced estate agent and a welcome new member to the Mackenzie Smith cohort.
With the branch now in its seventh month (time flies…!) we thought it was high time we shone the spotlight on our new Branch Manager.
Tom’s experience as an estate agent spans 22 years. Having joined the team around a year ago, he worked from our Ash Vale branch ahead of the Aldershot opening. “It’s been great to see Aldershot open, it’s a great community with a really good atmosphere, the town has a nice vibe to it. With so many looking to move to the area as a commutable destination, or locals choosing to stay near to family and friends, the housing market has a real buzz to it.”
As a newcomer to both the town and Mackenzie Smith, Tom has certainly hit the ground running, with a number of sales and success stories under his belt. Success is something he’s seen throughout his career, as the top performer for three consecutive years as a previous agency. “The job has always been about the satisfaction of getting a sale across the line, helping people achieve their goal of moving. To see the reviews that we’ve been getting on Google and Trustpilot, from both buyers and sellers, is a great motivator and shows me and the team that we’ve achieved in our goal of moving people with both our skills and service. It’s been great to give the residents of Aldershot another choice, people will always have a preference, and whilst we’re new to the scene, we’re already proving that there’s a place for an agent you can trust.”
When Tom isn’t selling homes or getting to know the local area, he has a passion for music, motorbikes, and reptiles.
