Introducing our new Lettings Manager: Daniel Harley

Daniel brings a wealth of experience to our Lettings Department. Since beginning his property career in 2004, he has opened offices in South London and held key roles in Fleet, Aldershot, Farnborough, and Guildford.

In his personal life, Daniel enjoys spending time with his two sons, often visiting their schools and attending their sports activities.

“Both my boys went to St. Michaels School, just above Manor Park in the middle of Aldershot, so I know the area well. The children all seem happy there, and the school’s reputation just gets better. There is a great mix of families from different cultural backgrounds, too, giving the children a healthy grounding in life.

My eldest is now in Year 7 at Farnham Heath End School. He is loving his time at ‘big school!’ The children all seem engaged and content, and plenty of afterschool activities, with clubs and sports, help them to thrive. My son has played with Year 7’s football team, with their summer sports day hosted at the Aldershot Military Stadium – it was a great day out for all the children and parents attending.

Aldershot and Farnham are jam-packed with options to join teams if your children are into sports, particularly football. My boys have played for Aldershot Boys & Girls F.C. and Badshot Lea. In the upcoming season, my sons are both joining Farnham Town F.C. All three of the clubs are very well run, with multiple teams of varying abilities, across all age groups.

Local areas like Basingstoke Canal and Ceasars Camp are also ideal for walks and bike rides with my sons.

I am looking forward to helping new families make their homes here – there are excellent opportunities for children to get active and excel. Plus, whether you have a growing family, are an individual, or part of a couple, the area offers so much to do."
