Simon Dredge, the manager at Hook office, recently made a lovely gesture for his clients who were not only selling their house through him, but also buying a brand new home. His client had mentioned to him that her three year old son was struggling with the idea of moving house. He remembered that when he showed them round the house, the little boy loved watching the trains go past the back garden from what will be his new bedroom window. As the family were revisiting the property, Simon left the little boy a gift on his new bedroom window sill, help him realise that moving house isn’t all that bad.
The vendor was delighted and this little gesture went a long way to ensuring the whole family were happy with the move.
