Yateley is just out of reach of our current branch network and we are looking forward to joining such a thriving and spirited local community.
As one of the top 10 most trusted agents in the UK, as listed on Trustpilot, we are excited to celebrate our 25th year of business by introducing our services to the area and building on the great local awareness and knowledge our experienced team bring with them.
Understanding the local community is important for any agent, and whilst we might be new to the area, we have been actively selling and letting within Yateley and the surrounding areas for some time, and have brought in some experienced local agents to assist in understanding the local market effectively.

“Having bought and sold through Mackenzie Smith in a personal capacity in the past, I am very aware of the benefits of experienced staff, a network of offices and strong marketing so I was very pleased when I was offered the opportunity to join the team and further my career. The great thing about Mackenzie Smith is that everyone is encouraged to think and act individually, yet the teams and offices combine together very effectively to achieve the best results for our clients – that’s the key reason for our success and continued recommendations.”
Kieran Egan, Senior Client Manager
Following on from his degree at Surrey University, Kieran has enjoyed working within Estate Agency for six years so far. Having worked within the surrounding communities, there are not many areas in and around Yateley that Kieran doesn’t know.

“I’m really excited to be a part of the Yateley launch. I’ve been a part of an office launch in my career before now, and I always see it as a challenge but more importantly an opportunity to create something personal to me. I care about providing a professional and personal service, so to be there from the beginning is a great position to be in.”
