We start by taking an appealing selection of photographs, accompanied with a carefully written, desirable description to showcase your home. This is supported by the floor plan and Energy Performance Certificate to provide a full picture of your property.

High quality printed details are available from our offices, whilst all the information about your home is widely available on the internet via our new responsive website and through popular property websites such as; Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as on property searches on The Times, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Independent and many other popular websites.

In addition, our marketing department produce property editorials to feature in the local newspaper, on our blog and in our newsletter which help a property to stand out from the crowd. Social media provides more opportunities to be involved with the promotion of your home, we can post your property to like and share, or promote it to a targeted audience.

When you instruct us to sell your home we use powerful marketing to support the sales process. Our in house team are able to react quickly to any requirement from our offices; ranging from a bespoke advertisement, targeted email campaigns to a new editorial release, and regularly deliver innovative marketing solutions for new homes and residential sales clients.

Our team are highly experienced in negotiating a property sale, following guidance on codes of conduct set out by The Property Ombudsman and working in the best interest of the client. Once the sale has been agreed our work does not stop there, we regularly communicate with all parties involved in the sale; solicitors, mortgage valuers, surveyors and the buyer and seller to maintain the momentum needed to get the sale through to the exchange of keys.
