Mackenzie Smith and Westbuild Homes are celebrating the first completion at Coach House Court, handing the keys over to the first resident, Maria last week.

Maria has chosen to move away from the hustle and bustle of Winsor to the tranquillity of Coach House Court in Yateley. Maria explained; “In Windsor there are bars and restaurants, lots of traffic and people, but here it’s so peaceful…I have a friend who lives just over the road so I know the area well”

“It’s a gorgeous spot” commented Maria, who is very impressed with the quality and design of the house. The house got the seal of approval from Marias father, an experienced builder, who commented on the build quality, the detailing and the superiority of the materials used; and fathers never settle for less than the best for their daughters.

The outlook and privacy are very appealing, “It’s nice to look out on to trees, it’s so hard to find somewhere that is not overlooked” added Maria. Coach House Court’s location within Yateley Green Conservation Area, backing on to woodland on the doorstep of Yateley Common, provides a serene setting for this small development.

Six of the seven properties are now under offer with Maria’s neighbours due to move in over the next month or so. The only remaining property is the spacious ‘Corner Cottage’, the largest property on the development, which has a generous garden and provides over 1900 square feet of living accommodation.

“We are delighted to have sold all but one plot on the development in such a short time” comments Director Stephen Tetlow of the Hartley Wintney Branch, “the development has only been available since early July, but really it is no surprise we have achieved this considering the unique nature of the development and the quality of the build”
