In January of last year, we took the decision to make ourselves available on Trustpilot to enable our Vendors, Applicants, Landlords and Tenants to review our service in a way that is unbiased and unpressured.
For those of you who haven’t heard of Trustpilot, it is effectively the Trip Advisor of services, whether that’s online shopping, hairdressing, solicitors, or indeed… Estate Agencies.
We have historically requested reviews ourselves, using the feedback to enhance our service offering, but decided it was time to make our service as transparent as possible, using a recognised and reputable third party to do this seemed the ideal solution.
A year or so down the line, we are now receiving a consistent stream of reviews which have positioned us as No.1 in the area, to read what some of our clients have to say, you can visit the stream on our website.
Trustpilot is open to the public online, so you are able to see for yourself how we rank here; nationwide we are in the top 10 agents, a great accolade and a true reflection of the hard work our team put in on a daily basis.
Trust is an interesting concept, but one which is of huge importance to our sector. In essence we are selling houses, but when it comes down to it, we are selling our ability.

Trustpilot allows for a completely unbiased view of how trustworthy we are, our ability to deliver on the promises made and the expectations set.
