I’m sure you will have heard by now, following government guidance, estate agents have been able to return to work.
However, this does not mean we’re back to normal, far from it. We have implemented a thorough set of guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients, colleagues, and local communities
and you can find these on our website.

Since opening our branches last week, we’ve already arranged a number of valuations, sales and viewings (both virtual and physical where guidelines can be met).

Following the government’s announcement that estate agents could return to work, Rightmove activity boosted instantly by 45% – we’re definitely seeing a positive return to the market.

We appreciate that for many, lockdown is still continuing as it has been for the last 8 weeks. But, whether you want to discuss your moving options, or make a plan to move forward, we’re here to help and are ready… when you are.
