Smooth, simple process

The process is simple. If you’re the seller, we’ll provide you with a digital form pack to complete, covering all the information required. You can add any extra documents you’d like, relating to planning permission, building regulations completion, and more.

Based on the information provided, the buyer then makes an offer. Once agreed, all the information is then directly passed on to solicitors and/or conveyancers, saving potentially weeks to speed up the sale.

Whilst there may be an occasional challenge, all parties involved should then enjoy plain sailing, right through to the end of the exchange process.

The finances

The cost of reservation can be divided between the buyer and seller or purchased by one or the other. If you’re the seller, you can request the buyer pay the reservation fee, and then refund them upon completion.

You can rest assured in the knowledge that in the unlikely event of a transgression, you’ll receive compensation. With no limit to the amount of cover provided, the guarantee you receive depends on the choice in cover, which should reflect the value of the property.
