Introducing our new Marketing Manager

I’ve enjoyed seeing Mackenzie Smith’s brand grow over the years and now, I am privileged to play a part in developing it.

My background is in marketing, with a focus on employer branding — helping organisations attract and retain top talent. By using the art of storytelling and creative, I’ve worked with clients to highlight why people should join their company. I’m excited to share my experience and help tell the story of Mackenzie Smith — not only why you should work for us, but why you should choose to work with us too.

Whilst Estate Agents often get a bad reputation, Mackenzie Smith breaks the mould by offering a completely different client experience. Doing this has resulted in us becoming – and holding our position as – the top-rated agent in Surrey and Hampshire. This level of trust with our clients is something I’m looking forward to helping grow and celebrate further.

Within just a few weeks, it has already become obvious to me how incredibly talented our teams are. There must be hundreds of years of combined experience within the business. This means we can share a real depth of knowledge and expertise with every individual we work with. With the company operating for over 30 years, we are renowned for solving any challenge clients bring to us.
