Whilst we are continuously looking to hear from new talent and individuals who would be interested in furthering their career with us, it’s fantastic to see our own team progressing. In the past weeks we’ve had three promotions internally, within the Sales and Land Departments.

Katherine Gray has recently been promoted from Land Manager to Land Director. Katherine joined us in October 2009, starting out as Land Negotiator, following her legal studies; a law degree from The University of the West of England and a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law, Guildford.  Managing Director, Ed Mackenzie Smith comments, “Katherine’s appointment as Land Director is in recognition of her outstanding work. She’s hugely respected for her very professional and hardworking approach by both clients and colleagues alike.”


James Harris from our Fleet branch has also celebrated a promotion in recent weeks, leading the Residential Sales team as our new Branch Manager. “Having worked within the Fleet branch for the past several years, I’m really excited for what the future holds. Fleet is a wonderful community to work within, with such a diverse collection of houses available. The team here have been fully supportive of the transition and with plenty of homes currently in the process of selling and recently introduced to the market, we’re definitely going to be busy!”


Pedro Barros in Farnborough has seen a promotion from Senior Client Manager to Assistant Branch Manager. Sales Director, Steve Tetlow, was pleased to announce this recent news, “in recognition of both his personal performance and the support that he has provided to Branch Manager, Steve Panther, in helping our Farnborough branch go from strength to strength.”

A huge congratulations to all three, along with a big welcome to our recent additions, including Fleet’s newest Senior Client Manager, Andy Moran who joined us this morning.
