Our Founding Director, Ed Mackenzie Smith, shared an overview of what has been a great year for the company.
2025 saw a significant increase in both conversions and turnover; the result of consistent standards, strong client relationships and the collective effort of every office. It was a moment to recognise that growth doesn’t happen by chance; it’s built through daily discipline and long-term thinking.
Looking ahead, Ed spoke about continuing to adopt modern technologies to enhance efficiency across the business. Alongside this, the introduction of our dedicated Sales Progressors is freeing up valuable time within our residential teams, creating space for even more innovative plans. It’s evolution with purpose; improving systems while protecting the personal service that defines us.
A highlight of the evening, led by our Operations Director, Tracey Easton, was the presentation of this year’s awards, celebrating exceptional performance, leadership and client care across the network.

It was particularly fitting to see Nick Kirby recognised across multiple categories, a reflection of both performance and leadership, as well as to celebrate Sean Elliot’s impact so early in his career with us.
Taking time to reflect on where we have come from, acknowledging the people who make progress possible, and setting the tone for the year ahead, events like this are uplifting. As we move further into 2026, the foundations laid over the past year, with enhanced systems, strengthened team structures and a clear strategic direction, position us strongly for continued growth. The drinks at the bar afterwards, overlooking the winter fields of Greywell, were well earned!
