At Mackenzie Smith, we’re continually striving to offer the very best property marketing for our clients.

Back in the 80’s this meant providing the first colour printed brochures and keeping our Filofaxes up to date with searching applicants.

In the 90’s we made sure the local paper was updated with new property every week, so local residents could see what was available and what the local property market looked like.

With the turn of the millennium, the internet changed everything, as did the introduction of Rightmove. Almost overnight every local resident had access to every agent’s property portfolio.

In truth, the internet presence of any estate agent and their properties is one of the biggest costs they’ll face. Rightmove knows its value, and of course, as agents, we pay.

At Mackenzie Smith, we approach this with a different mindset than some. Rather than trying to save money, we would rather pay more than we must, to ensure that our clients get the very best out of the most viewed property platform. We genuinely believe in investing in our marketing, it not only helps our growing brand, but it is the window to every one of our homes.

In today’s property world, presentation is key. Almost every buyer will start their search online, so it is crucial your property is presented in the very best way, from the initial imagery, any video footage, the written summary, and even the floorplan.

At Mackenzie Smith, we help you to achieve this in two ways. Firstly, we use the enhanced products ‘Featured Property’ and ‘Premium Listing’ on Rightmove to ensure your property is highlighted from the rest, with a more prominent position, larger listing, and more images.

The other route to enhancing your property listing is by utilising the skills of our in-house marketing team. We have a great team of creatives and administrative experts that work alongside our agents to offer professional photography, drone imagery, videos, updated descriptions, social media sharing, and much more.

Our marketing team has recently started a new ‘focus group’ which includes members from the sales and lettings team, along with senior management, to continually look for ways in which we can collaborate and come up with new and creative ways to improve our marketing for our clients. Having recently opened our eighth branch, in Camberley, we’re pushing forward in the local property market and welcome any opportunities for working within our local communities, along with representing property for sale and to let.
