How it works:

2. This property will be secured for you, even though you have a property to sell.
3. By reserving at this early stage you will have the added option of personalising your kitchen, flooring in bathrooms and tiling (until the property reaches the build stage of the roof). The Bewley Bond will also include carpeting throughout and the garden laid to lawn.
4. Bewley will reserve your chosen new home for up to 12 weeks. Your deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind or are unable to proceed to a full reservation (this period will be less if you become proceedable by selling your home or choosing Part Exchange).
5. The Bond is designed to make your life easier, so Bewley will cover legal fees of up to £1,000 inc VAT on your new Bewley home.
6. The Bond gives you £500 of John Lewis vouchers* following legal completion, helping you to personalise your new home.
7. The Bond will offer you the chance to save on estate agent fees, up to the value of £10,000 inc VAT.
8. When Bewley Bond customers also choose Part Exchange, Bewley Homes will add 10 days when you can remain in your home whilst moving, making life that little bit easier.
