Successful qualifications

Proudly leading the way for the rest of our team, Jason Bowden at our Ash Vale branch and Stephen Down, one of our Farnborough Estate Agents, both enjoyed high marks on a range of subjects.

The qualification sets them apart from other estate agents, giving them further knowledge embellishing their already strong foundation of experience. ARLA Propertymark is the leading membership body of the property sector, providing distinguished accreditation.

In-depth studies included proper practice and law relating to residential property sales, property appraisal, and basic building construction, as well as Health & Safety and general law.

Our agents are pulling ahead of the game with these qualifications, which are expected to be made mandatory by the government within the next year.

Soon to receive their legal certificates, from ARLA Propertymark, Jason and Stephen are now fully entitled to become members of the professional membership association. 

With all of our estate agents enrolled in the course, we will soon be seeing a lot more celebrating, so watch this space!
