As more and more people are looking at their pensions and planning for their futures, investing in property is at its highest level for many years and whilst the British property market is prone to ups and downs, investing in property over the medium to long term can provide a good return. It also provides are more ‘tangible’ investment that is more easily understood compared with pensions and annuities that can seem shrouded in mystery.
