On occasion, of course, properties do become available without a chain, which prove a popular choice due to the lesser risk of potential problems down the line. However, more often than not, it is our job to manage the chains involved, keeping all parties up-to-date, proactive and on track.
More recently, our Fleet branch pieced a three property chain together to the benefit of all involved.
The vendors of an Elvetham Heath property had viewed a few houses through us, and other local agents, but when we showed them the unique Stables Cottage in Church Crookham, they had to make an offer. Their house had not been on the market before their offer, so subsequently our Fleet Branch Manager, James Harris, valued and took their property on, introducing to two of our registered applicants who, again, were so happy they made an offer!
These buyers had a two bedroom apartment which we valued, brought to the market and was snapped up quickly enough for them to secure the property, making for three happy vendors and three sales agreed, which fingers crossed will be exchanging in the near future.
