We have a long-term approach to the direction of our business, and whilst we’re not averse to trying new concepts and ideas, we will not take risks to jeopardise the future of Mackenzie Smith, you can be assured a steady and consistent approach from management.
You’ll also be supported by an in-house marketing team, who have the full support of the board to deliver quality, fresh and innovative marketing concepts, ensuring strong communication with local residents and a polished presentation to the public, along with providing you with the tools you’ll need to succeed. We also have a marketing panel consisting of the Marketing Manager and a few agents which rotates on a quarterly basis, allowing for ideas and input directly from the branch teams.

Our agents also provide an all-round service, liaising with the client from start to finish, so successful candidates should have experience of managing clients, valuing, negotiating and detailed sales progression.
