The scenic gardens of this 17th Century family house have now reopened, with a kiosk providing light refreshments. Enjoy the surrounding grounds, woodland and wetlands, with trails to delight both young and old.
Make sure that you book your entry tickets by 3pm the day before, free to National Trust members.
Located just off Cricket Hill, this is an extensive open area of heathland, gorse and woodland. Ideal for a spur of the moment trip, with no tickets required. Enjoy leisurely strolls, amongst the open spaces and wander through the oak and birch trees of the woodland, spotting a variety of wildlife with butterflies and birds. If you're looking to be near the water, you can also find Horseshoe Lake nearby.
Formerly part of Royal Windsor Great Park, this park presents a tranquil oasis within the thriving town of Farnborough. A mature woodland of 24 acres, it is host to a wide range of wildlife the whole family can appreciate.
Refreshments are available between 10am and 4.30pm from the Beechwood Kitchen and Juniper Kiosk, with toilet facilities also provided.
