Landlord gifts our Lettings Director

Mike boasts a long standing business relationship with this particular landlord, having looked after several of their properties for the last fourteen years. 

Mike and his team fulfilled all of the landlord’s expectations, making a speedy long term let of their property in Elvetham Heath; to a good quality tenant, at the maximum rental value. The property was vacant of tenants for just four weeks, allowing the owner time to update the property with new carpets and decor. The versatile property, a three bedroom family home, was let to a single gentleman. 

I asked Mike what makes our Lettings Department particularly adept at letting property in this popular area.
