Firework and Bonfire Nights

There’s seasonal fun for everyone in our local areas this Halloween, with fantastic fireworks, bonfires, fun fairs and fancy dress…

Yateley Fireworks Fiesta, Westfields Junior School

Take part in this fireworks and bonfire bonanza on Saturday 5th November, hosted by Yateley & District Lions Club and Westfields Junior School. Gates are open from at 5.30pm to 8pm, the bonfire lit at 6.45pm and the firework display starting at 7pm.

Refreshments will be available to buy, with hotdogs, burgers, chips, hot and cold drinks. Glow toys can also be purchased for children.

Advance tickets are available, costing £5 for adults aged 17 years+, and just £2 for children aged 4 to 16. On the day, tickets can be purchased by card, at the gates.

Fleet Lions Firework Fiesta, Calthorpe Park

Join the Fleet Lions for a sensational fireworks event on Saturday 5th November, at Calthorpe Park.

Local Fleet organisations and businesses are getting involved this year, with a huge variety of hot and cold, food and drinks available. Choose from burgers and hot dogs, pulled pork, pasties, sausage rolls, samosas and more. A sweet selection of toffee apples, churros and sweet fountains will be sold by the 29th Odiham Scouts, too.

Parking is free, just off Harlington Way from 4pm-8pm, the gates open to the fiesta at 5pm and the fireworks display starts at 6.30pm.

Hook Firework Display, Hook Junior School

Enjoy this fireworks spectacular featuring live music from Riley K on Saturday 5th November. Hosted by Hook Schools Parents Association, the proceeds are going to the schools.

Children will delight in the fairground rides and inflatables, whilst a bar includes home-made mulled wine for adults. Hot food and sweet treats will be available to purchase on the night.

The gates open at 5pm, with access from Ravenscroft, Church View and Mitchells Field.

Advance tickets are for sale now online, available here, at a lower price than on the night. It’s £24 for a family of four, £8 an adult and £5.50 per child, with babies and toddlers benefitting from a free entry ticket.

Farnborough FC Fireworks Display

See the stunning Rushmoor Fireworks Display, enjoy the fun fair and dance at the disco on Friday 4th November.

Hosted by Farnborough Football Club, the event will take place at Easy as HGV Stadium, with the fun starting from 3.30pm, the bar open from 4pm, and the fireworks display kicking off at 7pm.

Limited parking is available at the stadium, payable in coins at £2 per car.

Mobile e-tickets are available here for the fireworks display, at just £6 per adult and £4 for children under 16, whilst entry for children under 2 years are free.

Light, Laser and Firework Spectacular, Mytchett

Mytchett Community Centre are hosting this popular annual event on Sunday 6th November.
The impressive fireworks, laser and lights display starts at 6.30pm, with the fun fair available from 4.30pm, the event finishing at 10pm.

Advance tickets are available online here, with children aged under 5 free, Adults at £6 and under 16’s £2, plus a small payment fee.

Ticket availability is limited on the night, and parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can also join the community for a Spooktacular Halloween Party on Saturday 29th October, from 6pm.

This family, fun-themed event will have a range of activities, with disco, games, and competitions. Adults entry is £2, children aged 16 and under are £4, and under 2’s are free. Tickets are available at the centre or The Vixens Netball Club.

Halloween Fireworks, Pine Ridge Golf Club

Entertain the family with this fancy dress Halloween fireworks event on Saturday 29th October at Pine Ridge Golf Club in Camberley.

Gates open at 5.30pm, with the bonfire lit at 6.30pm and the fireworks display at 7.30pm.  Dance at the disco from 7.45pm, with a D.J. playing until midnight.

Food will be available, payable by card only. Advance tickets are available here at a lower price, from £11 per adult and £6 per child, and free entry for children under 2.

Halloween Ghost Hunt, Aldershot

If you are looking for a spooky scare this Halloween, join Ghost Hunter Tours at the Mandora Barracks former officers mess on 29th October, from 7.30pm – 1.30am.

Steeped in military history, the barracks have long been subject to reports of apparitions, ghostly footsteps, and paranormal activity…
