At Mackenzie Smith, we understand how busy everyone is daily. We know when considering selling your home, having the time to prepare and keep your home tidy for individual viewings can be daunting and worrying, possibly putting you off placing your home on the market.

This considered, we want you to have an experience as stress-free as possible, so we offer your own launch day, managed by your dedicated and experienced team. They will be there to guide you through the entire process from start to finish, initially giving you advice and simple tips on dressing your home to show it at its best.

It can be extremely frustrating when you call an agent about a property, and they are unable to provide you with any information. We ensure our whole team physically visits your home, all know the relevant information and can answer any questions with confidence. We also provide buyers’ packs including detailed information about the area, plus a list of items we require if they wish to submit an offer.

Your property is extensively promoted across our network of offices, on social media, and leading website property portals for a minimum period of two weeks, advertising the date for viewings. The launch day will generally take place on a Saturday when most people are available. It is not held on a ‘just turn up’ basis, but strictly by appointment so we can conduct things in an orderly and structured manner, with all parties being pre-qualified.

This simplifies the process, and makes it far more convenient, allowing you to go out for the day without worrying about a thing. We will set everything up, monitor and manage the whole launch, and then leave the house exactly as you left it, giving you a quick call at the end of the day to let you know how it all went.

Off the back of the launch, we will allow all interested parties to put forward an offer on an informal tender basis. This is where offers with a deadline are to be submitted strictly in confidence, creating a fair playing field for all parties, and ensuring we maximise the eventual sale price for you.
