We are well into the new year now and the appetite for home ownership continues to increase and in particular New Homes are becoming a very popular choice for buyers.
Since the beginning of the year we have seen Phase 1 of Inland Homes latest apartment releases all reserved with 4 weeks of coming to the market. Inland Homes have been the major developer of the regeneration of the Farnborough Airport Southern area. They first started selling in January 2010 and the development has now established itself as an extremely popular location with buyers confident to match prices normally seen in traditionally higher priced areas. I guess this reflects Farnborough’s increasing investment in infrastructure, the opening of some major businesses and it’s acknowledged transport links.
Inland has spent a considerable amount of time and thought in the design and specification of their latest release and it was no surprise to me that my colleague, Cheryl Davies had sold all the apartments by the course of last week.
We only have only one house left at Kings Court, a development by Natta Country Homes in Fleet and we don’t anticipate this house being around much longer. It’s in a great location, tucked away to the rear of the development of just 8 houses and within reasonable walking distance of Fleet town and station.
All our other developments at Linsford Grange, Burleigh Place, Elmcote and Carpenters Corner are sold out.
