Achievements were celebrated across the company at our recent Review, Rewards and Recognition event.

Held at the prestigious North Hants Golf Club, in Fleet, our Chairman Ed Mackenzie Smith and MD Stephen Tetlow welcomed all of our branches, lettings, land and administrative teams, presenting awards in a range of categories.

Our Hook estate agents celebrated their win for the best performing office, with Branch Manager, Simon Dredge also succeeding on winning our Overall Sales Performance Award.

The winner of the evening for the best sales performance for the Assistant Manager/Senior Client Manager was Ash Vale’s Nick Kirby who also accomplished first place in two other categories covering conveyancing and financial services.

The estate agents in Aldershot office celebrated customer service success, with Branch Manager Tom Knight receiving the award on behalf of the branch for the Trustpilot reviews received. Lettings Manager Andrew Travers shone in this category too, with the most Trustpilot Reviews received by an individual.

In recognition of hard work behind the scenes, an “Unsung Heroes” reward was handed out to administrators in a variety of positions. Our Land Department celebrated Debbie Coleman, whilst Chloe Warne, Penny Quinn and Jenny Walters from the Lettings Department were awarded, as well as Ethan Goulden and Rowena Score from the Marketing Department.

All recipients were personally thanked by the management team, and gifted vouchers to spend on activities of their choice, from sightseeing attractions to supercar passenger rides and mini breaks.

Chairman Ed Mackenzie Smith praised the high standard of customer service achieved across the company, and talked of how our bespoke, personal approach contributes to our success. “All our staff work incredibly hard but it’s right that we recognise these individual performances. Representing clients to the best of our ability is the cornerstone to what Mackenzie Smith set out to achieve each day, week, month, and year. Well done to all.”
